Workers Compensation
If you are injured on the job, you have the right to file a workers compensation claim. Report any workplace injury to your supervisor immediately and contact the lodge for assistance with your claim.
Report Immediately
Notify your supervisor and document the incident as soon as possible after any workplace injury.
File Your Claim
Complete the required paperwork and submit your claim. Contact the lodge office if you need help with the process.
Know Your Rights
You are protected from retaliation for filing a workers compensation claim. The union is here to support you every step of the way.
