**I hope you are all doing well. The Monthly Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday 05/07/2024 at our****Local Lodge at 4PM.

Please arrive early so that we can begin the meeting on time.**

Just a friendly reminder! We will be holding an election for delegates to the Grand lodge and****District Lodge 141 conventions on May 07,2024. It will be at our local lodge from 8am to 8pm.
Approval to send up to 7 members from the Legislative committee to The Legislative Conferencefrom 06/16/2024 through 06/20/2024. Cost includes $292 plus tax per night. Lost time, per diemand travel cost from airport to hotel to airport. Members must be in good standing.
Approval to spend up to $500 for an audit stamp.
Approval to send Kimberlee Schindler to train the trainer class at W-3 from 05/19/2024 to****05/24/2024. Cost to include lost time and $40 for the trip going over and $40 for the return.

Members must be in good standing.****
